CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULING & REFUNDS

This policy applies to bookings made with Laser & Light, the customer-facing brand operated by LaserLight Ventures LLP, including online gaming bookings, birthday parties and private-event reservations at our Bandra and Andheri locations.

Once an online gaming booking has been confirmed and payment has been received, the amount paid is not refundable, including where the customer later changes plans, is unable to attend, arrives late or does not use all selected games or services.

• A confirmed online gaming booking may be rescheduled up to a maximum of two times.
• Each request must be received at least 24 hours before the scheduled booking time.
• All rescheduling is subject to availability.
• A reschedule is not confirmed until Laser & Light has accepted the revised date/time and any applicable additional payment has been completed.

Once an advance is received, the selected date and time are reserved for the customer and may no longer be offered to other parties.

Birthday-party or private-event advances cannot be converted into recharge-card value, gaming credits, bonus credits, gift vouchers, store credit, food credit or any other form of voucher or monetary credit.

A birthday-party or private-event booking may be rescheduled where the request is received at least 7 days before the scheduled event date and the requested alternative date/time is available and accepted by Laser & Light.

Separately agreed custom décor, catering, vendor, entertainment or third-party cost already committed for the original event date may remain payable or be subject to separate rescheduling charges.

If the revised booking carries a higher price because of a weekend/public-holiday rate, revised package, changed guest count, different service, changed outlet or another pricing condition, the difference must be paid before the new booking is confirmed.

If the revised selection is priced lower, the original payment remains non-refundable unless Laser & Light expressly agrees otherwise in writing for the specific booking.

No-shows, missed bookings and cancellation or rescheduling requests made inside the applicable notice period are non-refundable. Late arrival does not automatically extend the original booking slot.

In the event of an electricity failure, equipment issue, building-related disruption, safety concern, force majeure event or another unforeseen circumstance, Laser & Light will make reasonable efforts to minimise disruption and, where practical, arrange suitable alternatives so that the booking, party or event can continue.

Depending on the nature and duration of the disruption, alternatives may include changing the order of activities, using available games or areas, modifying the event schedule, rescheduling, providing an appropriate credit, or another reasonable operational solution.

For birthday parties and private events, our team will make every reasonable effort to preserve the celebration and continue the event using available alternatives wherever practical.

The non-refundable rules above apply to customer-initiated cancellations. In exceptional situations where Laser & Light itself determines that a refund is appropriate—for example, where the booked service cannot reasonably be provided and no suitable alternative or rescheduling arrangement is accepted—the refund will be processed to the applicable payment method or through another approved settlement method.

Once initiated, the time taken for the amount to appear may depend on the payment provider, customer's bank, card network, UPI provider or other payment service.
