By accessing laserlight.in, creating an account, making an online booking, submitting an enquiry or purchasing or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions together with any specific rules, package terms, booking conditions or policies displayed for the relevant service.

Laser & Light, operated by LaserLight Ventures LLP, provides entertainment, gaming, café and event experiences at its Mumbai locations. Activities, games, packages, operating hours, prices, duration, capacity and availability may vary by outlet, date, maintenance status or operational conditions.

• A booking is confirmed only after required payment has been successfully completed and a booking confirmation is generated.
• You are responsible for entering accurate booking, contact, player and outlet details.
• Please review the selected outlet, date, time, players, games, food add-ons and total payable before payment.
• Availability can change until payment and confirmation are completed.

Prices shown are in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. Applicable GST, taxes, convenience charges or other disclosed charges may be added as indicated during checkout. Weekday, weekend, public-holiday, promotional, group or outlet-specific pricing may differ.

Payments are processed through authorised third-party payment providers. If money is debited but a booking confirmation is not generated, contact us with the payment reference so the transaction can be investigated.

• Paid/base credits represent eligible value arising from the customer-paid recharge amount.
• Bonus credits are promotional gaming credits subject to the applicable recharge conditions.
• Bonus credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by applicable law.
• Bonus credits cannot be used to pay for Latte & Light food add-ons.
• Food shortfalls do not by themselves move the customer to the next gaming recharge tier.

Selected Game + Food Combos may be added to eligible gaming bookings. Menu items, quantities, upgrades, service timing and availability may vary.

• Remaining eligible paid/base credits may be applied to food in accordance with the booking calculation.
• Promotional bonus gaming credits cannot be applied to food.
• Any food amount remaining after eligible paid/base-credit usage is payable in addition to the gaming recharge amount.
• Food substitutions and customisations are subject to availability and operational feasibility.

Promotions, coupon codes, recharge bonuses and special offers are subject to their stated eligibility criteria, validity period, outlet applicability, minimum quantities and exclusions. Unless specifically stated, offers cannot be combined.

These matters are governed by our dedicated Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

• Online gaming bookings are non-refundable under all circumstances.
• Online gaming bookings may be rescheduled up to two times, provided each request is received at least 24 hours before the scheduled booking and the requested alternative slot is available.
• Birthday-party advances are non-refundable under all circumstances.
• Birthday bookings may be rescheduled subject to availability where the request is received at least 7 days before the scheduled party date.
• Birthday advances cannot be converted into recharge-card value, gaming credits, vouchers, store credit or any other form of credit.

Guests should arrive sufficiently before their scheduled experience to complete check-in, briefing or setup. Late arrival may reduce usable playing time or affect participation where subsequent bookings are scheduled.

Guests must follow venue instructions, safety briefings, staff directions and game-specific rules. Participation may be refused or stopped where conduct creates a safety risk, materially disrupts other guests, damages property or violates venue rules.

Birthday parties and larger group events may have separate package terms, minimum guest counts, deposits, menu arrangements, décor conditions, time slots and payment schedules communicated during the enquiry and confirmation process.

Corporate and private-group events may be based on a customised proposal covering selected games, venue usage, food, event duration, branding or additional services. The final written proposal or booking confirmation forms part of the applicable terms for that event.

In the event of an electricity failure, equipment issue, building-related disruption, safety concern, force majeure event or other unforeseen circumstance, Laser & Light will make reasonable efforts to minimise disruption and, where practical, arrange alternatives so that the booking, party or event can continue.

Alternatives may include changing the sequence of activities, substituting available games or areas, adjusting the event schedule, rescheduling, providing an appropriate credit, or another reasonable operational solution.

For birthday parties and private events, our team will make every reasonable effort to preserve the celebration and continue the event using available alternatives wherever practical.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity carried out through your account.

The Laser & Light name, branding, website design, original graphics, text, photographs, videos, logos and other site materials are owned by or licensed to the relevant rights holder and may not be copied, reproduced or commercially exploited without permission except where permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Subject to applicable law, Laser & Light is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from website use, loss of personal items, failure to follow venue instructions, or disruption caused by circumstances outside reasonable control.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer-protection law and any mandatory jurisdiction that cannot be excluded by contract, disputes relating to these Terms or our services will be subject to the competent courts having jurisdiction in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
